Pwno.io is a security research platform that provides:

• AI-powered security research tools
• Exploit development assistance
• Containerized analysis environments
• Chat-based interaction with security-focused AI models

The Service is intended for legitimate security research, educational purposes, and authorized security testing. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Only upload binaries you own or have explicit permission to analyze
• Use the Service for legitimate security research and authorized testing only
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Pwno.io is currently in invitational beta. Access is limited and granted at our discretion. Beta users acknowledge that:

• The Service may contain bugs, limitations, or incomplete features

• Beta access may be terminated at any time

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pwno.io Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any binaries you upload, but grant us a limited license to process and analyze them for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of analysis results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or privacy of your data
• Fitness for a particular purpose

In no event shall Pwno.io Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
